Hey everyone quick question, a friend barrowed my xbox, when i got it back it no longer boots up with EVOX, instead when i turn it on, i have the regular old xbox menu, with Memory music xbox live etc etc, but when i put in a copeid dvd-r it WILl still play it. Any ideas ?? is there a way to boot back up with evox??? thx in advance
sounds like he deleated the evoxdas.xbe not sure why. Just make an evox boot disc and FTP the files back over.
my guess would be that he either banged your xbox, causing one or more of your chip wires to come loose, or he did something to your bios. you would be well advised to keep your chip in protected mode (should be a simple dip switch).
