Well I'm using ripit4me and the works so here is my question, "why is taking so long for the movies to be copied to my hard drive then it goes to decrypter then it goes to shrink and by now we're talking about 5 (five) hours.

Here are some tips to get the most out of whatever you have disable screensaver or set it to go off after 3 hours or more. Check your start up items that are not needed and close them such as itunes update or quicktime these items usually appear next to time on right side of screen. Don't turn off your antivirus though, also try this combination of software dvdfab decrypter to rip the movie http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm then use shrink to create the iso *disable the preview pane this slows the process down I also use dvd decrypter to burn and you can download it here http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/ post that info on you system so we can help you better mine take tops 3 hrs from start to finished burn to disc I have amd sempron 3000 32bit, 2gigs of ram, lite on external dvd burner 16x
