    Hi!

    Make a new folder to HijackThis, not like this: F:\HiJackThis_v2.0.0.0.exe

    but yes like this: F:\Hjt\HiJackThis_v2.0.0.0.exe. Important for the backupfiles!
    =======
    I don't see any firewall running on your computer? Please download one from here

    After Downloading & Installing firewall -->
    =======

    * Click Start
    * Click Control Panel
    * Double-click Add or Remove Program
    * Find and remove this program if found:

    AntiSpywareBot
    Video ActiveX

    =======
    Run HijackThis
    Click on do a system scan only
    Place a checkmark next to these lines(if still present)

    O3 - Toolbar: Protection Bar - {DF4E7A0C-E233-4906-B4C1-A404356541FF} - C:\Program Files\Video ActiveX Access\iesbpl.dll (file missing)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AntiSpywareBot] C:\Program Files\AntiSpywareBot\AntiSpywareBot.exe -boot
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [AntiSpywareBot] C:\Program Files\AntiSpywareBot\AntiSpywareBot.exe -boot
    O4 - HKLM\..\Policies\Explorer\Run: [user32.dll] C:\Program Files\Video ActiveX Access\iesmn.exe
    O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: farrandly - {8aa7a4d2-73c7-4fca-bef7-7923e38a3b1c} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\tczij.dll

    Then close all windows except Hijackthis and click Fix Checked
    =======
    Step 2: Download and Run SmitfraudFix
    Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
    Run the file, it will extract Smitfraudfix to its own folder and run.

    Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
    Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

    Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

    Please post fresh HijackThislog and C:\rapport.txt
