i had an idea about making homebrews work on 3.40 or other firmwares
i edited an eboot for a homebrew the same way you would edit a demo to work on higher or lower firmwares. Would this work(im on vacation and dont have my psp with me)? Any body have suggestions?

It's so funny. Ppl have had this idea for ages for v1.52, v2.00, etc. It won't work b/c the PSP needs the parameters for launching a game (no matter what the game) that came from the factory on the game; the signature code. The reason homebrew works on v1.50, SE and OE FWs is b/c all run w/ a v1.50 bootstrap which had a flaw in it which would in fact let unsigned code run. anything after v1.50 was patched.
