hotswapping with laptop?(external ide=usb connection)

i've read a few places that its possible...., does anybody have any experience with this?

Only time I know of somebody trying it they bricked it... and it was a pig to fix. Something to do with the way fatxplorer addresses drives.

May work with 360xplorer but never used it.

Chunkhead will know.
