How can encode wav file to mp3

    the link u sent is down. are u encoding from a the cd or from a wav file already on your computer. use Exact Audio Copy and u will get the best sounding mp3's.

    That format is native to windows so you should be able to use any WAV to Mp3 converter. I recommend [bold]dBpowerAMP (dMC)[/bold].

    this file was recorded by msi mp3 player. i recorded lessons and i tried to convert to mp3 or wma which is better for human voice i don't know, and quality is worse than i expect. moreover whenever i tried to convert with lame it crashed.

    thnx for your advices.

    If your only going to be using the recorded sound clips on a PC and your only recording voices then I would go with the [bold]WMA v9.1 Voice[/bold] codec.
