How can i put a .gif image in a .jpg image using PSP?

    I want to put a GIF image in an avatar I made and I want it to look like this guy's:

    I have Jasc Paintshop Pro 9 and Jasc Animation shop.

    You won't be able to keep the animation if you resave/convert to a jpeg.

    Why do I have to mess with jpeg?
    Can't you just take a gif and put another gif in it?
    Is that what this guy did?

    Its a gif, use a jpeg for the background but save it as a gif. piece of cake.
