Hi all, I cannot find a way of shrinking mpg files to fit onto a 4.7gb disc. I have tried dvd shrink 3.2 but it wont even recognise the files. Any ideas and help would be appreciated. Thankyou all.
What is NVE3? I have been capturing movies with an ATI 8500DV, but when I try to burn them to a DVD, it says the file is too big.
Use 'TMPGEnc Plus' or 'TMPGEnc Xpress' and compress these mpg files to the smaller size. Or even better ignore that file size error when authoring and let it make uncompliant DVD to the VIDEO_TS folder in your hard disk. Then shrink these files with DVD Shrink and ready to burn.
Take your MPEG2 file and author it and "burn" to a VIDEO_TS folder, not the "disc." Then start DVDShrink and shrink the VIDEO_TS folder to a different VIDEO_TS folder. Then burn the new VIDEO_TS Folder.
