how come epg works then doesnt

Had sky 4 six years liked it never a prob.Got starview to save a few pennys and dont want to moan but its crap.Picture sticking epg works when it wants 2.This is the wife grumbling i think its spot on what u want 4 free.Sky has always been better than ntl but im happy but is the epg dodgy thats my only beef.

 

Press Menu > System Information and tell me the API and I help you some more

So you have "THE B0X"

Try this and see if it helps

Menu > User Setup > Go down to Time Setting and set the time >
Go accross and Time Zone = GMT + 01.00 >
Current Time = AUTO > Summer Time = ON >
Press Ok then Exit , Exit

 

Done that works for 2 hrs then epg goes blank

 

Thats the best setting I can give you , As the EPG on Starvi*w is not great at all , Sometimes it takes a few mins to appear but thats the best settings advice I can help with
