How come???

    how come when i converted my OGG file to an AVI file the avi is 100 x bigger?... because I have OGG file that is about 234Mb... and when converted to avi it was about 22.5Gb... can anybody explain this to me???... thanks

    prob because your ogg file is compressed, and when you converted it to AVI it became uncompressed. there are many different codecs for AVI files, such as DV, XviD, and DivX. just like WAV compared to MP3 i'm guessing
