    Hey I was wondering how the guy who made this movie had modded bikes and cars! ON GTA SA you cant get them!

    The bikes do not look modded. It just looks like this guy practices hitting jumps just right to get crazy stunt points out of it.
    I have seen people actually mod the characters and cars but it takes some good programming skills and a lot of time and effort to do that.

    doing this on the pc version is REALLY REALLY easy just get a program called vcmm (vice city mod manager) and download mods from website you get from google
