How do I burn Bit Torrent Files?

    Width 600 pixels
    Height 242 pixels
    Audio Format MPEG layer 3

    I'm running Nero 7 Ultra Edition Burning software with a NEC DVD+-RW ND-6500A disk drive.

    I also burn onto 16x DVD+R dvds.

    If anyone knows the best possible process for burning this file with my setup, any information is much appreciated..

    i have burned the exact movie :) i just use nero vision and click make dvd, then click add file. easy as that
