How do I burn these files?

    I have downloaded a program that is in a file format I do not know
    There are several files with the extentions .001 to .051 and one with the extention .sfv.
    Are theese image or archive files?
    It says to extract and then to burn, but I do not know how to extract in the first place.

    If anyone could help, that would be very nice. :)
