To rip a protected DVD disk to the hard drive use 'DVDFabHD Decrypter'
To shrink the the ripped files to fit a standard DVD use 'DVD Shrink'
To allow DVD Shrink to burn the files to the DVD use 'DVD Decrypter'

    Download and install the files.

    DVDFabHD Decrypter
    http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm

Run DVDFabHD Decrypter, select 'Main Movie' and note the output folder.

    DVD Decrypter
    http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/

    Download, install and run.
Click Mode > ISO > Write
    Set 'Write Speed: to 4x.
if unsure if firmware is up to date:
Click Tools > Drive > Check for Firmware Updates..
    Exit. Finished with Decrypter.

    DVD Shrink
    http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/

    Download, install and run.
'Open Files' choose the folder with the DVD files.
    Click 'Backup!'
'Target Device' / 'Select backup target' > 'ISO image file and burn with DVD Decrypter'
File will be analyzed and shrunk to fit DVD (if required).

Sorry, don't know anything about games.
