How do I create a DVD readable menu for Divx/Avi files

Heres the thing:
I have a DVD capable of reading and playing Divx files (If I burn the CD as a data disk)
What I want to do is create a menu and chapters (as is possible in nero for example) but not convert the avi file, i.e. keep the original size.

I tried with all the nero options and couldnt find a way (each option converts my avi files to other formats --- LARGER formats)

Where did you get that? I want one.

 

Ya, you can't do menus with data disks.
