How do I erase DVD+RW disks.

    I made a DVD on tmpgenc dvd author and i want to erase it. i tried to erase it on Nero and it did but when i chacked the disk it was like it erased it but the disk was closed( it said 0 free bytes 0 used space) what do i do to be able to completely erase and reuse the DVD+RW disk?

    You don't need to erase it before hand. Just burn a new dvd like normal, and when the process starts up, it will ask if you want to overwrite the data already on the disk.

    BTW, just a tip: use quick erase instead of full erase. I've had a few +RWs go bad and become unwritable after using full erase. Also, full erase cuts short the life of rewritables. Most of the time, you don't even have to erase - just let the burn software write over it when it prompts you that there's data on the disc.
