how do i find out what kind of mob i have?

i bought my xbox already modded. how do i find out if its a softmod or mod chip ...etc?? anyone??

 

idk if you can see it without opening it but you can open your xbox and take out the dvd drive and see if there is a modchip on the left side of the mobo. or an easy way, if you have contact with the guy who sold it to you, you can ask him lol.

 

XBMC will tell you in it's hardware info...

Also, most softmodded xboxes have a red ring light, instead of the normal green one ^_^
