I want to be able to rip the original dvd to my hd with dvddecrypter, then shrink it with dvdshrink, then I would like to make an .img file of the resulting files from dvdshrink.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks

an .img file is an image file, that can be burnt to a dvd-r, or mounted in daemon tools.

DVD Decrypter can make an image file straight from the rip. You need to change the settings from IFO to ISO in the menu. However, i would only use this for DVD-5 since you can burn anything larger and Compression software wont recognise Image files.
