if you downloaded the game you must have a eboot.pbp file and a keys.bin file

you create a folder with the name of the game (for example metal gear)
you put inside that folder the eboot.pbp and the keys.bin ,then you put that folder in the GAME folder

    ms:\PSP\GAME\metalgear\eboot.pbp keys.bin

then in the xmb menu (psp menu) you go to game, memory stick and run the game from there

to run some games you will need the popsloader plugin

if the game is in another file format (bin,iso...) you need to convert the game to a eboot
