Whoooa... Don't be so generous with information. Someone might actually understand what you mean and then where would you be?
First: unRAR the .RAR file with your favorite archiver. I reccommend WinRAR (http://www.rarlab.com/), WinZIP (http://www.winzip.com/) or WinAce (http://www.winace.com/), since they handle all the common formats.
Once that's done you'l probably end up with a few (new) files in a (new) temporary folder. Now everything depends on what kind of files they'll be.
If they are a combination of 'blabla.img', 'blabla.sub', and 'blabla.ccd', then you'll need to download (the trial-version of) an application named SlySoft CloneCD (http://www.slysoft.com/en/clonecd.html).
If it contains 'blabla.mdf' and 'blabla.mds' You'll need an application named Alcohol 120%, which can be found at: http://www.alcohol-soft.com/
    If it contains 'blabla.cue', 'blabla.bin' and/or 'blabla.iso' then I'd say read this thread: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/7976
If you happen to find some obscure other format, then I can only suggest typing those three letters of the extensions into this site's search-bar and keeping your fingers crossed. If that doesn't help, then (and only then) you could try and reply to this thread of yours asking for more help.
Don't forget to actually mention what format those files are then. Or any other info you might deem handy.
