   Dvd decrypter says medium not present and in the log it cannot find SCSI/ATAPI device. When I try to bring up my video files downloaded from ares nero, dvd decrypter and dvd Fab cannot find the file or does not recognize the movies in the folder.

   What format are these movies in - like avi? For downloads you need to use Nero Vision to convert them to a dvd compliant format.
