   I have DVDs ripped as a Video_TS folder, how to I make menus for these discs? What apps do I need? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

   The only way I can think of would take a LONG time.
   
   You'd need to convert to quicktime, then to mpeg2 and use dvd studio pro to create your menus.
