How do you Mount an Image?

    I'm not sure if this thread would belong in a forum like this, since it isnt really about video discussion, but i really had no idea where to ask and this was the only place i thought i could get a good answer. so im sorry in advance if i shouldnt have made this.

    but anyways, basically i downloaded photshop, and the file is a ".iso" file and in the instructions it says: "Mount/burn the iso image". if anyone can help me itll be great, thanks.

    thanks alot man, just two quick q's - 1. do i need to use a cd or a dvd to burn/mount the iso image on? 2. if i use a cd, shud i use a cd-r or cd-rw. thanks again man.

    I imagine that Photoshop would be on a CD.
    You can use any CD type that your burner can handle.
    (Imgburn > Tools > Drive > Capabilities).
    The advantage of the RW of course is that it can be reused after installing the program from the CD.
    Burn the disk at a moderate speed instead of maximum.
    A DVD 4x a CD 16x, of course if you are using a RW those numbers would be revised down.
