how in the heck can you...

    make a cd that's longer than 80mins? for example...the makr tom and travis show has over 60 tracks and i know that cd is well over an hour and a half....


    how can you do this with home mixes???

    It must be less than 90 mins. Actually the limit for an audio CD length is 89 minutes and about 24 seconds I believe. You can get "90 minute" CD blanks. Many people have difficulty getting more than about 80-85 minutes though.

    there actually are 99 minute CDRs too, but I haven't had much luck with them. 90 min CDRs can easily store the full 90 mins, but you need a good quality burner like a Plextor or LiteOn, and you also need a decent CD player.
