How Reset the receiver

    I was changing the new keys and as soon I finished
    my TV change to channel 503 "Dish on Demand", and then I'm not
    allow to change any channel, I up and down

    My receiver doesn't respond anything.
    My box is freezed.

    Anybody can help me?

    Im not sure what box you have , have you tried turning it off from the back for a min or 2 and then back on ?
