How to backup PS2 games on Linux?

    How would I go about backing up PS2 Games on my Linux box? Do I just extract the .ISO and burn it, than use swap magic (Or something similar) to boot it?

    burn the iso as data dvd, then use swap magic to boot

    Any recommended programs? (eg; Gnomebaker, Brasero, etc?)

    I dont have linux so I can't make any recommendations. Use nero for linux.
