I've tried looking for the answer to this but had no luck.

I have F-Zero and Phantasy Star Online files on my official Nintendo memory card that I want to copy but these unfotunately can't be copied like normal files.

Is there any way to backup normally uncopyable game saves from a memory card to either another memory card or a pc via the pso/bba exploit?

If you search the forums there should be a posts about this...
but anyway you want to get GCS 1.0a by CrowTRobo (may be labelled CTR-GCS)
You can find the install files somewhere in the download section over at maxconsole.com (look through the subsections of the gamecube downloads, its in there)
Just follow the readme and you should be okay. You need a broadband adapter and PSO to get this method to work though.
