    Hi there,
I am new in this field and cannot find the methode to burn a movie to a CD-r that is suitable to play in a DVD-player. I mean burn it to get the same results as here written below.
I do get cd's to play in my DVD and on these CD's I see:
    - Ext
    - Mpeg2
    - Segment
    - SVCD /VCD

With what program(s) were they burnt?
I hope anyone can explain this to me. In simple English please as English is not my native tongue.
    I am Dutch.
    Thanks in advance.

If you see the D:\MPEG2 directory then it's a SVCD otherwise you would see the D:\MPEGAV directory, instead.
The easiest way? Use VCDGear, choose 'mpg to cue/bin( select the MPG and go.
Then burn the .cue/.bin with any application you have (loading the .cue, which explains to the PC how the .bin must be burned into the CD).
