How to compress those not ISO files to ISO?

    presently, I download the game "Street Figher Alpha Max 3" and it works cause I just draged the "WinRAR archieve" which inside contain "PSP_GAME + UMD_DATA.BIN" into my PSP enable i play it. now my question is, what about if i downloaded those game and it not yet "compress"? how do i compress them as file "ISO9660 archieve" same as the previously "SFA Max 3"?? I try compress them with 1 file, then draged into my psp but it doesnt work.. I saw a lot of threads from this website before I post this thread but yet I still do not understand or help solve this problem.. Can any1 plz giv me an advice or guide? Thank You so much

    it sounds like you have WinRAR associated to isos ,start WinRAR click
    options ,settings,integration where it says "associate WinRAR with" untick iso.
