My friend has a ps3 remote which he has previously used for a pc. He was trying to reconnect it to ps3 , but when he use the Usb cord and hit the PS button , the 4 lights just keep blinking and blinking and blinking. What does he do?

Hmmm I had same problem with controller i got off Ebay. It is one of those third party/no controllers under $10. What i do is press "PS Button" with any other of symbol buttons until it stops. These tend to be unstable and you would be better off get oem controller. Good luck.
