I apologize to all the 'informed' techies out there, but I am a true novice. i just installed a DVD/cd dual layer writer/burner and the NERO software that came with it. I also downloaded (suggested by the sales guy) slysoft : CLONEDVD and ANYDVD. Now, not being a computer guy, I am stuck. Everyone has said that the software will prompt me through but that is not true. I have been on the net trying to find a site that will give me step-by-step instructions. I do realize that the variables in the process are many, but I just need to get things started from a very novice perspective. Thanks
