how to extract the music from the vcd ?

    hi,does any body know how to extract the music on the vcd?
    what software i must use?

    If you mean the soundtrack, then you can use Super© to extract as an MP3 file.
    The VCD has a folder named MPEGAV, inside the folder is a .DAT file.
    Copy the file to the dektop.
    Run Super© , drag the file on to it and at step 1 select an MP3 (audio only) as the output container.
    With a forty five minute video the audio will be extracted in 6~7 minutes.

    If you want to further edit,save clips, etc, drag the MP3 into Audacity.
