Hi guys, I wanted to update my bios, but i can't flash it because the protection is enable, can someone show me what it involve to dis-able the bios protection on my bios chip, i am new to all this hopefully someone out there can show me or at least tell me how to flash it sucessfully. Cheers
You would most likely have to open the XBox up and match up a pic of what your looks like. Or post a pic so someone can tell what it is. RustyDog
i have the X-Ecuter2.2 lite[+] and everytime i try to install the bios i get errors is that becouse the proptect is on? and i need to turn it off? or if i have the right bios that should matter someone plz get back to me
I have now successfully installed the xecuter lite 2.2 modchip. I have burned slayer's auto installer onto a cdrw but when I insert the cd it says no bios update found. Do I need to flash the bios with evox or similar or should slayer's do this all for me?
