I have an HP labtop ZV5346US
    The cd/dvd drive is busted.
I have compatibility problems with Vista.
Can I reinstall Windows XP without a CD/DVD drive
like a Windows XP install.wim or something?
    I have the CD.

You have a couple of options
    1)Portable CD Rom Drive
2)Use the Windows Server distribution method (must own server and the license to do that (I think)

or you should be able to map a network drive and use another computers on your networks cd rom drive to install it. I am not sure tho.
