just do a straight disk to disk copy.. burn at half rated media speed and cross your fingers that your disks aren't crap ;)

1.) Make (rip) an image of the disc with ImgBurn.

    2) Run that image through abgx360 v1.0.6 to ensure your .dvd file's layerbreak is correct.

    3) Use ImgBurn to burn the .dvd file (not the ISO file).

    Note: You should b using a Lite-On iHas124B, iHas224B, iHas324B, iHas424B, iHas524B or iHas624B burner to get proper burns of XGD3 games.

I have Lite-on Ihas drive and I'm successfully taking backup of xgd3 games, so what should be the layer break for .dvd file?

I don't remember off hand. XGD2 games and XGD3 games have different layerbreaks. Just run your ISO through abgx360 and it will create/fix the .dvd file with the correct layerbreak.
