How to make a single ISO image with DVD shrink?

I've started using DVD Shrink to make ISO images instead of the folder method (.VOB) and ive been getting 6 files instead of just one .ISO file. Heres the file extensions i got:
*.I00
*.I01
*.I02
*.I03
*.I04
*.MDS
How do I set it up so i get one .ISO file to burn? Im Trying to back up the whole DVD and not just the movie? Is it possible to get just one file? thanks for looking

Have you tried using DVD Decrypter? With it, you can rip the entire DVD to a single ISO file:
