how to play games on ps2 through usb?

    Hi,
    I've bought a new ps2 (pal) slim model- SCPH-90004. Can i play games through usb? If yes, can anyone help me out?

    My consoles data code is 2A nd serial starts with HC.. Am I b able nw??

    I am not sure about 2A

    You can also check when you first start your PS2, and press Triangle to see what Version Bios it has.

    See if it has V220

    Then if it does you can Install FMCB by the methods under the INSTALLATION tab here - http://freemcboot.info/

    or you can ask a Free Volunteer to do one up for you and get them too install OPL V.8

    there is no option for driver details... it contains browser-1.40 ps2 version-2.0.. which one is driver version..?

    Ok what does it say for 'Playstation driver'

    But I am thinking if its 2A, then it must be a newer version and not compatible with FMCB

    YOu would have to use Swap Magic to be able to then play games from USB drive.
