   I removed internet explorer from the Start Menu, both the Internet Explorer and the Internet Explorer 64bit icons. Not sure what the need is for both, guessing that one is 32 bit.
   
   Anyway what is the best method to return them both to the Start Menu?

   should be able to go to programs,right click on ie and select pin to start menu.

   or do a system restore to before you deleted ie.
