i have a dvd that is playable on normal dvd player at home. it also can be played on computer dvd as well. When i tried to make a backup of this dvd, there is nothing in it. I went into the drive and click on it, there is nothing. No video ts or audio ts folder. There is nothing. I checked to make sure that this is a dvd disk, and it is. it even said so on the disk imprint on the back by the manufacturer. I have tried dvd decrypt, dvdsanta, dvdfab, dvd2one and still nothing. has anyone experience this before and can offer some help. thanks.

Rip the DVD to a named folder on your hdd, there you will see the files. If not, do the following... Highlite the folder the files are in and choose "folder options"
