That's the only SIM cards that have been used in them so could I go ahead and try to unlock the phone even if its already unlocked or would that damage the phone?

The first Nokia has an Iraqna sim in it. The second Nokia has an e-plus+ sim in it.

The provider for both was Iraqna.

Do you want to say-first phone locked to Iraqna, second to E-plus?
    But E-Plus is-Germany.
Also possible, your phones already unlocked,or was not locked.
They willnot work in USA-other network coverage.
    Congo-yes.

I'm new to this so I don't know if the phones are locked. I was assuming that they might be. Both phones were used in bought in Iraq about 6 months ago, both were used on the Iraqna provider network. After reading about unlocking phones I opened them up and one phone had an Iraqna sim and the other had the e-plus+ sim.

Is there a code or something to type into the phone to find out if it is locked?
