    It has been along time since I have done anything with 1st xbox, but is the flash drive formated in FATX ? If it isn't try formating it with the xbox( you have to have a usb port mod installed or a usb to xbox adapter). If it doesn't show up on the xbox, then it won't work then.

    I know the xbox 360 has usb ports( I have a 360). Im talking about the original xbox that came out in 2000. It does not have usb ports unless you install them or make a usb to xbox adapter.
