think its called youtube grabber or something.just google youtube grabber and it will give you links to programs that can do it.
The best way is to use browser scripts for either firefox or chrome. Google greasemonkey. It can do most sites that like Youtube, Facebook, Myspace, and many porn sites too if you're down with that sort of thing.
