I'm a really green newbie. Glad to be here.

I want to copy from the internet a video tutorial.

I don't have a DVD burner. I do have a Dvd player and
    CD burner.

    I have Nero. XP Home

Can this be done and how?

    Chuck

    Hey Chuck,

You probably want to create either a Video-CD (VCD) or Super Video CD (SVCD is better quality). Look up your DVD player on the net and see if it supports VCD and/or SVCD.

If you do a search for "WMV to VCD" on afterdawn, then you'll get several ideas.

Here is one guide on how to convert to VCD.

Don't know about converting a Flash file...not sure if this is possible. Search...
