HTTP error

    Xbox is Unable to retrieve file: HTTP status 11002. My xbox is modded

    not nearly enough information.
    1. what dashboard did you use
    2. what are the network settings on the Xbox, PC & FTP program
    3. do you go strait to the computer or through a router
    4. did you set it up static or dhcp, and which is your PC using
    5. have you read any FTP tutorials to see if you are doing it right

    It is for Xbox live. It won't allow me to access it from the dashboard. Step 1-I got to MS dashboard.
    Step 2-I go to xbox live.
    Step 3-I go to new account.
    All it does it take me to the mod screen.
