I can't connect BitTorrent my home MIO

    Hi Guys,

    I am using MIO in my home through wireless connection. It seems dat i m unable to run my bit torrent. It keeps saying "Checking for firewalls". Please help....

    If you're connecting through a router ar modem with a Firewall, check for it here: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm Click on it, then click on your client and follow the instructions. Check to see if Windows Firewall is on and if it is, make your client an exception through it. Use a port over 10,000, 50,000 for Azureus (your ISP may block those under 10,000) and if your client supports it, enable Protocol Encryption: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674
