I burned a bin file to disk, but whenever I try to run AVSEQ01.MPG with divx player 2.5 I get the error message "Failed to open file. Please check that it is a valid AVI or MPEG-4 file." What is wrong here?

DivX player plays videos in divx (MPEG4) format (.avi) and nothing else.
Svcds use MPEG2, thats why U can not play it.
Use a software DVD player to play back SVCD such as Powerdvd or WinDVD. The latter is better. U can also play .avi files with these players.
Or just put the SVCD in your standalone DVD player.
