Ok, so a permanent firmware is out of the question.
My guess would be that it's a folder structure thing, the ISO folder has to be in the root of our memory stick, but I guess you already tried that?

A little more information would be useful. What PSP do you have, what firmware are you on, are you trying to use an .iso or a .cso file, where did you get that file?

What is a poweriso? You either have a .iso file or a .cso file.
What's your folder structure on the memorystick?

Poweriso is a proggram to turn .rar's into .iso's. Untitled.

Folder MP_ROOT is wrong. You have to copy the stuff in there to the memory stick's root.
You are supposed to extract the .rar file, not turn it into something. But I am pretty sure you have WinRAR configured in a way that it sees .iso files as extractable archives, that's a standard option. Open WinRAR, press CTRL+S, there should be a tab called Integration or something, on that tap on the left you can select what file types winrar is associated with. Deselect ISO, close winrar, open the archive you downloaded from that website and extract it. Then copy the file you get into the ISO folder on your memory stick.
Also you should consider updating your firmware, yours is pretty low, not many games will work on it.

I don't know what you mean by that first part, are you saying that I should cut/paste the files inside somewhere?
Also, that link you sent me is for 3.52, will it also work for 3.51? Every other site is see for 3.51 has a broken link.

Yes, the MP_ROOT means root of memory stick, the screenshot you made shows the root. Copy all folders and files in the MP_ROOT folder and paste them into the root. And the link for updating works for 3.51 too, if you were on 5.00 M33 or so, you could skip a step.

The folders 100MNV01 and 101ANV01 should be inside your VIDEO folder.
Is there any file inside the Star Wars Battlefront folder?

You have to unpack them first. Right-klick on one of the files (not the .nfo and not the .sfv), select "Open with..." and then WinRAR (assuming you have WinRAR). It's a split container, inside should be the .iso or .cso file. The .iso or .cso goes into the ISO folder on your memory stick's root.

Is it normal that 1 game takes up my whole 2gb memory card? The iso is way smaller but for some reason it takes up alot of space.
