i flashed my executer 2.2lite (+) chip with an evox bios using flashbios and now the only thing that comes up is the MS dashboard. i cant get my chip to do anything and it is aligned well. another question... is the disk that i used to flash my bios the same disk i use to load evolution x? any help would be great, thanks.
Point 1 - There are sooooo many topics floating around on this mb alone that it's a shame you didn't read as you would have found some lenghty responses by myself as to what you should be doing RE: flashing, evo x and what not. Point 2 - DONT flash your X2 lite with evo x bios...i made that mistake and had to then go out and buy the programmer as it's the wrong one. You should be using xecuters own bios revision 4977. There is a newer 4978 but the one i obtained didnt work...ok for me since i had the programmer but wouldnt be for those who havent. Not quite sure how you've managed to only run the msdash???? The only way i can think is the chip being turned off or you've attempted an evo x installation and have an .ini file named incorrectly.
