    I have a problem when I want to restart, shut down, stand by, hibernate, sometimes when I log off windows, this window pops up everytime, and I have no idea on how to fix this. It's title name is "CL RC Engine 3 Dummy Window". Does anyone know what it is and how to fix it from poping up all the time, I did a search on yahoo and found nothing really that I was looking for. So I thought to come here because maybe someone knew what it is and how to fix it. I have no idea where to post this, but if anyone can help.
