Hey, I noticed there looks to be something for a hard drive on the Sony Network Adapter. Can I just plug a hard drive in here and use it? Seems like it will fit, but I was just wondering if It'll work ok.

I just got a network adapter.
Yeah, there are two plugs(Power and Data) on the inside of the network adapter facing the expansion bay.
Then network adapter doesn't even go in the expansion bay, pleanty of room for the hard drive.

The network adapter says HDD on the outside, looks like the ps2 logo, it's cool

There is a kit available somewhere. It can transform your ps2 in a linux computer with a harddrive.

yep, its for a harddrive u will need to format it with a
program i am trying to get hold of, but there is not much
u can do with it unless u have a bit of money or
understand japanese because there is ps2 linux with
costs alot or bbnav witch is in japanese, u can also copy
ur games to the hard drive and patch them and play
them off ur hdd witch makes the loading faster but only a
few games will let u play them off the hdd, i have been
researching about what the harddrive can do, if you r a
programer u can do somfin wif it i am not quite sure. :)
